Candle Maintenance:

When you light the candle for the first time, please allow it to burn for a minimum of 2 hours, so the top layer of wax has completely melted. This will avoid any tunneling and allow you to achieve the best scent throw from your candle, when you come to light it again.

Please don't leave your candle unattended and do not move, or touch, the outside glass of your candle when it is lit, as it will be very hot. 

Please burn your candle for a maximum of 4 hours and trim the candle before you light it again to get the best results from your candle. 

If the surface has become lumpy after it has cooled, this is completely normal for a soy wax candle, and will disappear once it has been relit again.

Please know that you may also see frosting, but do not worry, this just confirms that is a 100% soy wax and will not have any effect on your scent throw.

Wet spots can generally happen when the candle temperature fluctuates and the wax expands and contracts, this is also completely natural too and nothing to worry about. You may find it occurs overnight if you leave your candles out when the weather is cooler.
